Please do not put patient names, symptoms, diagnoses, images or any other identifying health information into this form. A web form is not a secure channel for health information. If the conversation needs that level of detail, say so and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

IntellaRx is a program of Sevadar Foundation Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 93-2840861.

    Who we work with

Public agencies — health departments, Medicaid programs, corrections and reentry health services, county and municipal public-health authorities, and multi-agency task forces. How engagement works.

    Common questions

Is IntellaRx a clinic or a pharmacy?

No. IntellaRx does not prescribe, dispense, diagnose or treat. It is a program of Sevadar Foundation Inc. that works with public agencies. If you are a patient looking for pain treatment, this site is not the right place — speak to your own clinician.

Can IntellaRx tell us whether HIPAA or 42 CFR Part 2 applies to our agency?

No, and we will not try. That is a legal determination about your organization, it varies by agency, population and arrangement, and it belongs to your counsel. What we will do is describe exactly what data the program touches so your counsel can make the call. See data governance.

    Do you publish pricing?

No. Program scope varies enormously by population size, existing systems and what an agency already has in place, so a published figure would be misleading. Cost is discussed in scoping.

What should we not put in this form?

Anything identifying a patient. A web form is not a secure channel for health information. Describe the problem in general terms and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
