Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what it does not, and how information inside an IntellaRx program engagement is different.
This policy explains what IntellaRx collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
IntellaRx is a trade name of Sevadar Foundation Inc. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” below mean that entity.
Effective date: August 7, 2026

Program information is separate from website information
Everything above describes information collected through this website. It is a different thing from information handled inside an IntellaRx program engagement with a public agency.
Program information is governed by the written agreement with the agency concerned, and the categories the program touches — where each comes from, who can see detail, what the agency receives, and how long it is kept — are set out on data governance. Nothing entered into a form on this website becomes program information.
Substance use disorder information
Some IntellaRx program work involves information about substance use disorder treatment. Information of that kind is subject to a separate federal confidentiality regime — 42 U.S.C. § 290dd-2 and its implementing regulations at 42 C.F.R. Part 2 — whose scope and requirements are distinct from those of HIPAA, and which in several respects are more restrictive. Where a program engagement involves such information, IntellaRx handles it in accordance with the terms agreed with the agency and the requirements that apply to that engagement.
IntellaRx does not determine which confidentiality regimes apply to any organization. Whether HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. Part 2, state confidentiality law, corrections-specific rules or public records law apply to a particular arrangement depends on the organization, the population and the arrangement itself. Those determinations belong to that organization and its counsel. What IntellaRx provides is a description precise enough for counsel to work from.
Do not assume that because one regime does not apply, none does. That inference is not safe, and it is the reason this section exists.
No notice of privacy practices
This site does not carry a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and that omission is deliberate rather than an oversight. IntellaRx does not prescribe, dispense, diagnose or treat, and delivers no care through this website. Publishing a notice of privacy practices here would assert an obligation that does not attach to this website, which would be a false statement rather than a reassuring one.
Clinical care delivered by any licensed partner within a program engagement is governed by that partner’s own obligations and its own notice.
Text messages
IntellaRx does not send text messages from this website, and this site collects no mobile number for messaging. If that changes, this policy and a separate messaging policy will be published before any message is sent.
