Who is behind this
IntellaRx was designed by clinicians who treat the population it concerns, inside a foundation whose stated purpose is service.
Dr. Gurpreet Singh Padda, MD, MBA, MHP
Dr. Padda is a physician whose clinical practice is in interventional pain management and metabolic medicine in the St. Louis region, and the founder of Sevadar Foundation Inc. The argument this program is built on comes out of that practice: the patients who arrive having been dropped by someone else, the ones whose pharmacy cannot fill a prescription, and the ones whose dose requirement does not match the arithmetic anybody applied to them.
He holds an MD, an MBA and an MHP. His clinical work is described on the practices’ own sites; this site is about the program, not about clinical services, and IntellaRx does not deliver patient care.
Governance
Sevadar Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 93-2840861. Its board and governing documents are described at sevadar.org, and its annual information returns are public. An agency conducting due diligence should read them rather than take a website’s word for anything.
