This page explains how IntellaRx uses text messaging, what you
are agreeing to when you give us your mobile number, and how to stop messages at any time.
IntellaRx is a trade name of Sevadar Foundation Inc. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” below mean that entity.
Effective date: August 7, 2026
Your consent
By providing your mobile phone number to IntellaRx — on a form, at the front desk, or in
conversation with our staff — you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from us at that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or of purchasing
any service. You may decline, or withdraw consent later, without any effect on your treatment.
What we send
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes and reminders
- Notifications about your visit, including paperwork or documentation we still need
- Follow-up after a visit, and care coordination between visits
- Account and billing notifications
We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we do not send bulk or broadcast
messages. Every text we send relates to your own care, your appointment, your account, or
a request you or someone acting for you has made. We do not text people who have not given us
their number, and we do not add numbers to any list.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on your appointments, where you are in a course of
treatment, and which categories of message you have opted in to. We do not send a fixed number
of messages per week or month.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you hold with your mobile
carrier. Those charges are yours, not ours, and we have no control over them.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation that you have
been unsubscribed, and then stop, except where a message is required by law or is a necessary
administrative notice. You can also ask any staff member to remove your number.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (314) 852-5500
or None.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
Who sees your number
We share your mobile number with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of delivering
messages on our behalf. That provider is contractually prohibited from using your number for its
own marketing or for any unrelated purpose. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not
share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us at any time to tell you what mobile contact information we hold for you, to
correct it, or to delete it. Contact us at None or (314) 852-5500. We will act on
your request promptly.
Text messaging is not a secure or urgent channel
Do not send medical or personal health information by text. Ordinary SMS is not
encrypted and is not a protected channel. If you need to discuss clinical detail, call us or raise it
at your visit.
Do not use text messaging for an emergency. Messages are not monitored around the
clock and may not be read for some time. If you are having a medical emergency, call
911 or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are in crisis or thinking of
harming yourself, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
